Updated 15 October 2026. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
When you send an enquiry we receive the name, phone number, email address, type of matter and message you enter, together with the time of sending and a hashed record of the network address used, which we keep to detect abuse of the form.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you open, with your network address shortened so that you are not identified from it. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not follow you to other websites, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
If you would rather not be counted, your browser's private mode or Google's opt-out add-on will stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.
Enquiries are read by the partners and used only to respond to you and, if you instruct us, to open a file. We do not sell or share enquiry details with anyone outside the firm.
Sending an enquiry does not create a lawyer and client relationship. That begins only when the firm confirms an engagement in writing.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted once they are no longer needed. Files for engaged matters are kept for the period required by the rules of the General Legal Council of Ghana.
Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we have no duty to keep it. Write to info@ayalexpartners.com.
