Aya Lex & Partners was established in 2026. The lawyers who formed it wanted a practice that says plainly what the law allows and judges its work by what changes for the client.
The firm was founded on the belief that the law should be a force for progress: that it should not only resolve disputes and manage risk, but strengthen institutions, enable responsible investment, protect rights and support development.
We are a full-service firm, which means we are there for the whole of a life. A trust for a child, an adoption, a company set up as the business grows, the contracts it signs, the house bought along the way, and in time a will and the letters of administration that follow. When something goes wrong at one of those turns, we settle it or argue it. The same partners, at every stage.
The office is at 1 Amoyoo Osapesua Avenue in Trasacco Valley, Accra. Most first conversations happen by phone or WhatsApp, and most advice arrives as a written note the client can keep.
I founded Aya Lex & Partners PRUC on a simple belief: that the law should be a force for progress. It should not only resolve disputes and manage risk, but strengthen institutions, enable responsible investment, protect rights and support sustainable development.
Through my legal career I have seen how sound legal frameworks and ethical leadership transform businesses and communities, and I have seen the cost when they fail to keep pace. That is why this firm sits where law, governance, business and social impact meet.
We work with businesses, governments, investors and individuals who are building something that lasts. Our part is not only to advise, but to help our clients succeed while contributing to stronger institutions and a more equitable future for Ghana, Africa and beyond.
